Product Manager/Senior Product Manager - IT

Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Product Owner who is highly skilled in enterprise technologies and has experience delivering software solutions that meet customer needs. This role will report to the Director of Product Management and will be focused on delivering analytics that span across the entire suite of Client products.

Role:

- This role will require some prior experience working directly with engineering teams to ensure that the conditions of satisfaction are clearly understood and delivered on schedule. This role will require working cross-functionally with other teams to ensure that dependencies are understood and the completed product meets the definition of done.

- The role will also require you to be able to identify and mitigate any risks that come your way. You will also need to ensure you work diligently with the broader product management team to ensure that customer requirements are clearly understood and delivered. Lastly, you will also be engaging directly with customers in this role to present prototypes, get feedback and ensure that you effectively align and communicate with all stakeholders on requirements, risks and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Effectively communicate and align stakeholders on requirements, risks, timeline and delivery.

- Prioritize the engineering team backlog, run stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospective meetings.

- Become the liaison for the engineering team, ensuring that their risks are mitigated and they are setup for success.

- Engage with customers to ensure that the requirements are clearly understood, their feedback is captured and there are regular and timely follow-ups.

- Build presentations for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that there is alignment.

Qualifications:

- Over 15 yrs and 3+ years of product owner experience with strong analytical and modelling skills to gather and present ideas backed with data.

- Passion for making the complex simple and creating world class products that non-coders can implement and most importantly use.

- Excellent communication, presentation and team building skills

- Ability to lead, communicate and influence without authority

- Ability to travel as required up to 20%
