Product Manager

Position : Product Manager/ Sr.Product Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Ownership of delivery of product initiatives and releases

- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers

- Understand strategic and competitive position, and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry

- Deep understanding of customers, technology and competition, to then synthesize into product strategy

- Providing long term vision, while not losing sight of immediate needs

- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction

- Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints for product initiatives and releases

- Define and analyze metrics for the success of products

- Communicate development status and document progress toward milestones

- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment, where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

Key Skills :

- Analytical thinking and great problem-solving skills

- Clear focus on customer/end user requirements

- 1+ years product management or product design experience

- Natural leadership instincts with proven ability to innovate

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

- Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications and/or media products

- Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces - ability to create examples through wireframes and mockups

- Experience developing social products, technologies and platforms is strongly desired

- Experience managing a team

- Ability to work independently, communicating across multiple time zones

- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure

- Ability to build fruitful relationships and navigate cross functional teams towards achieving results
