Responsibilities :

- As a Product Manager for our Internal Product, you will build integrations that will enable our customers/teams to seamlessly integrate data streams with Products for generating insights

- Develop, draft, and spearhead complex Integration workflows.

- Work with external stakeholders to build out integrations when necessary and Engineering team to design and develop API strategy.

- Identify success metrics and set up processes to analyze and track funnel performance using cutting-edge analytics products.

- Seek product ideas and feedback from stakeholders, gather requirements, write specifications, and help shape wireframes and workflows

- Define clear and well-scoped requirement documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences.

- Work with engineers and designers and ship features and product improvements

Requirements :

- Proven experience of 3+ years of experience building software products in a product role delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them - you're extremely proud of what you've accomplished.

- Must have experience in building data integration in your past / current organization.

- Ready to roll up sleeves to spend time designing, analyzing data, setting up quality processes and guardrails, jumping into the business analysis as required

- Graduate from Tier 1 Institute or prior experience in early or growth-stage startups is preferred

- Good communication skills (both written and verbal). You will have to inspire a lot as people will look up to you for product vision.

- Ability to understand the needs of the users, translate them into features, and work with the engineering team to understand the implementation details.
