Product Manager/Senior Product Manager - EdTech

Job Responsibilities : 

- Responsible for conceptualizing and building a world-class learning platform and all other related products/platforms and support the core Tech team.

- Create a product roadmap aligned to the overall business strategy.

- Entrepreneurial ability to visualize product success.

- End-to-end responsibility for defining product features and creating product requirement documents.

- Taking complete ownership of the products processes and organizational level needs for smooth execution of the Product Development

- Active in hiring and mentoring the team in processes required to increase the productivity of the organization by handling Junior Product developers also handling growth of the product.

- Collaborate with the technology team for implementation of the product requirements.

- Responsible for driving learner engagement through integration and use of engagement tools.

Required Skills :

- Postgraduate with Technical Background

- 4-10 years of experience working with Product based firms.

- EdTech / education management experience will be a plus.

- Expertise in managing entire Product Life cycle

- Experience of building a product from scratch would be preferred.

- Good with team handling and coordination skills.

- Good verbal and written communication skills
