- Define & Develop Transformational acquisition journey   - Analyse customer issues and complaints and create solutions for addressing the problem online  - Develop Product Roadmap and define acquisition flow for all lines of business  - Manage day to day business operations, issue resolutions, product configurations  - Benchmark features/ functionalities and designs with industry trends  - Review the business regularly, to track and enhance its level of performance   Define & Develop Transformational App features - The incumbent will have to analyze the existing customer's pain-points from offline channels and build features/services  - Design & implement strategies to increase acquisition for all LOBs.  - Interpretation of the business data, analyze leads patterns, make presentations and make recommendations on business findings  Product Management - The incumbent will be expected to provide solutions to enhance the product from functionality perspective  - Prepare Product Roadmap and deliver the same on agreed timelines  - Business Process Alignments by making necessary improvements  - Perform Program management activities including coordination with multiple stakeholders for product delivery
