FIRM: well-funded startup LOCATION: Gurgaon ROLE: PM/SPM - BUYER EXPERIENCE Key Responsibilities - Ownership of pre-order experience. - Ability to understand consumer behavior, identify market gaps/needs and define feature based solutions on App. - Interface with Growth and Marketing for acquisition and engagement. - Strength in simplifying user flows to deliver a great user experience. - Data driven analytical mindset with focus on optimization funnels and RoI. - Ability to ship the product by interfacing with Engineering/Tech unblock dependencies and constantly communicate to stakeholders - Post-shipping of the product, measure impact on key business health, user engagement and product performance metrics. Rinse and repeat. Basic Qualifications : - Strong hands-on analytical abilities in breaking down complex problems and deep diving into any problem. - Ability to ideate and define a solution for each problem. - Must be well-versed in digital technology. - Preferably from a Tier 1 B-school with an engineering background. - Preferably, has worked in an online business for 4+ years. Soft Skills: - Ownership mindset. - Customer empathy and stakeholder management. - Exceptionally strong communication skills. - Collaborative attitude to drive consensus among multiple teams.
