Hiring for Product Manager/Sr Product Manager

Location : Bangalore

Salary : Upto Rs 30 LPA ( depending upon experience)

- MUST have experience in FINTECH or Financial Sector

- MBA from a Premier B School

- Design, build and maintain processes and features that make the product more valuable to users

- Develop long-term roadmaps and work with key stakeholders to bring alignment

- Design and own the success metric of the product, set goals, and drive the team to achieve the goals

- Build understanding of customer needs, motivations, and pain points

- Identify next opportunity areas and establish the business case for the same

- Project management ; manage timelines, estimates, resources, product quality, communication, and documentation

The ideal candidate will have:

- 2-7 years of experience as a product manager, preferably in a B2C company

- Experience working with engineering teams

- Excellent business judgment

- Growth orientation and comfort with ambiguity

- Ability to build internal and external relationships and networks

-Experience in the fintech domain
