RESPONSIBILITIES :

As Product Manager for Analytics, you will own the entire Analytics product line

- Own the Analytics product line - vision, strategy and roadmap

- Build the product roadmap, and execute on its associated releases

- Manage requirements - business cases, functional specs, stories, mockups

- Be an expert on the users, buyers, market & competition

- Evangelize & align the vision with internal and external stakeholders

- Balance tough day-to-day prioritization with long-term vision

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engg., Data Science, Design, Product Managers

JD

- 4+ years of Product Management experience in Enterprise SaaS Analytics

- Outstanding ability to gather & distil requirements from users, buyers, internal stakeholders and translate them into actionable priorities & roadmap

- Ability to communicate efectively with executives, users, buyers, internal stakeholders - in review meetings, sales cycles, & customer escalations

- Strong technical fundamentals in big data analytics systems & platforms

- Prior experience in Human Capital Management & AI space is a plus
