Product Manager - Self Servicing, Digital

- The role would be responsible for development and enhancement of online buy, renew and self-service modules across platforms like Website, Mobile Application, Chatbot, Whatsapp, Distributor portal.

- This role also drives digital transformation within the functions by benchmarking and coming up with meaningful recommendations to improve digital index of the functions.

1st preference to Health Insurance domain followed by General Insurance

Self-servicing :

- Empower customers by enabling self-servicing functionalities across platforms

- Continuously enrich the functionalities on the chatbot and track its performance

- Contribute to improving productivity of call centre by empowering them with functionalities on CMS platform

Analytics and reporting:

- Define, measure and track key matrices that impact outcomes

- Ensure requisite tag managers and tracking codes across journeys to enable availability of desired data for analytics

Managing budgets & taking measures which drive lower costs:

- Ensuring budget management against every stage of product development

- Drive processes in-house effectively, wherever possible, to reduce costs & gain better control

- Ensuring levels of quality are maintained while keeping keen focus on costs

Continuously benchmark competition:

- Remain constantly abreast with the contemporary design languages and UX across industry and outside insurance and financial services as well

Drive digital adoption internally through 'Digital Index':

- Evaluate all processes in various functions & check where digital solutions are available

- Digitize processes after a thorough evaluation of efficiency, cost savings & cost required to digitize the solution

- Enable a digital score for every function & chart a pathway to improve the same
