Key Responsibilities:
1. New Product Development
a. Product conceptualisation basis general market intelligence, sales feedback, customer preferences/voice of the customer, internal stakeholders' feedback etc
b. Customer segmentation and profiling: working closely with risk/credit/policy team to help devise the new product policy
c. Pricing framework design and product P&L forecasting
d. Work with legal, compliance and marketing to create product collaterals/kits
e. Go-to market strategy
i. Working closely with risk/credit to align implementation and roll-out of product in select locations basis market data/bureau data
ii. Implementation of channels of product roll-out including new branches, partnerships
iii. Work closely with marketing and sales to drive campaigns and incentives for marketing new product
2. Existing Product Management/Enhancement
a. Regular review of product performance through dashboards and MIS with various cuts on product portfolio such as segment, geography, business/purpose, program/assessment
b. Manage day to day functioning of product and liaison with sales, risk, legal, compliance for smooth functioning
c. Review of regulatory guidelines related to specific product with help of compliance/legal/risk and changing the product construct accordingly
d. Driving product P&L by ways of increasing revenues and sales through new channels, campaigns, R&R programs, Incentive Programs etc.
e. Regular review of product portfolio loss rates for changing product strategy and mix in specific geographies
