Product Manager - Sales - Cash Management Services - Bank (4-8 yrs)
Job Purpose:-
The role holder is responsible for managing the sales for the suite of CMS across the spectrum of Bank's clients in a select location/region and meeting the agreed revenue targets (liability & fee), and associated throughputs acquisition of new to bank clients with a focus to grow the CMS.
Job Description:-
Core Responsibilities:-
- Ensuring the steady flow of CMS .
- Ensuring that client servicing is appropriate and consistently maintained at a high level.
- Meeting agreed revenue targets for CMS.
- Meeting agreed targets with respect to new client acquisitions.
- Formulating and implementing processes for specific CMS transactions wherever applicable.
- Regularly liaising with internal and external contacts to promote banks CMS.
- Provide necessary MIS / Management update.
People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities :-
- Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.
- Undertake training of the relationship teams wherever necessary to promote CMS products.
Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities :
- Follows risk policy and processes to mitigate the operational, regulatory, financial, informational, and reputational and audit risks as instructed by the departmental manager.
- Executes the established internal control systems and compiles relevant information for departmental audits, as necessary.
