Product Manager - Fleet Management - Logistics/Supply Chain/Automotive, e-commerce & transportation
Key Responsibilities :
- Be Customer Obsessed - Always starts with the customer first and works back. Actively build customer relationships, understand their business goals and pain points. Be the customers- voice.
- Contributes to the creation of a product business plan that based on the market analysis, defines the multi-generation market requirements for the product. This includes factors such as product features, product positioning, promotion, distribution and support as well as the market share, revenue and financial targets.
- Create the vision and product roadmap for the next generation of fleet optimization solutions; articulate and evangelize it across multiple teams (Sales, Operations,
Customer Service and others) to understand problems in each area and visualize product gaps.
- Be an authority on market trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscapes
- Partner closely with UX & Design to translate product vision and strategy into great a customer experience
- Foster a culture of innovation and a fail-fast philosophy in Product
- Responsible for product positioning including articulating customer problems and solutions and partnering with product marketing to craft product messaging briefs for product launch cycles.
- Analyze complex use cases with experience in using analytics platforms to understand product usability and break them down to simplify the user experience
- Track record of successfully launching software products from 0 to 1 on a large scale will be preferable with must experience with products in Logistics/ Supply Chain/Transportation/Automotive building and/or selling
Skills Required :
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Statistics or related field
- 7+ years of experience in product management, in preferably B2B SaaS logistics, supply chain, automotive, e-commerce & transportation domain is must.
- Spontaneous, quick thinker and a self-starter with key organizational skills that includes attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Proven ability to drive large scale products with deep understanding of agile, high collaboration and leadership in a highly accelerated work environment
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with a fair understanding of what makes a good user experience and beautiful design
- A proven track record of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end.
- 25% travel possibly internationally
