Product Manager - SaaS

- Write business/product requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business, design, and development teams. Establish business metrics and indicators for success

- Drive the end to end product development and ensure the smooth Customer adoption on each of the features developed, define and measure KPIs associated with each release

- Work closely with engineering teams and business team to deliver products and features

- Leveraging data analytics to monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into the product development process

- Along with analytics, spend time with users and conduct user research to understand product gaps and make improvements Requirements that we think will help fit the bill

- Ability to work in a fast pace environment

- 1-3 years of Product Management experience (preferably in SAAS/ Supply Chain / Ecommerce) with an Engineering background

- Building detailed wireframes/ prototypes for the Design team, using Balsamiq/ Figma, etc.

- Stronghold on Data skills (SQL/ Google Analytics/ Python)

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
