Job Description:
- There are multiple vacancies for the role of Product Managers for different categories - Assets, Liabilities, Investment Services, Deposits.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Penetration of the products within the PB segment Customers.
- Enhancing the customer relationship value with the bank.
- Developing the customer level strategy based on customer life cycle / stage and insights.
- Manage the customer through the life cycle right from cradle to grave. (Acquisition, on-boarding, Cross Sell, Up-sell, Attrition prevention and win back)
- Responsible for conversion of SA into Primary or investment account from secondary accounts using assets as a lever.
- Developing hypothesis and test them using champion - challenger models.
- Customer analytics in conjunction with the business intelligence unit.
- Building customer profiles and converting the thin file to thick file.
- Slicing and dicing the portfolio to develop some distinguishing insights into customer behavior
- Developing value proposition for the sub-segment for enhancing stickiness.
- Campaign management across channels - Branch, ATM, Internet, Call center, E-mail, mobile and direct sales.
- Offer management and customer profitability
- Process both sales and service as well as product improvement insights
- Working with different product, policy, and customer service and operations teams for getting the best for the customer segment.
Experience & education:
- Candidate should be a post graduate from Tier1 / Tier2 B-school.
- Minimum 3 to 9 years experience in Product Management, product development, Branding, Awareness etc.
- Candidate from premier institutes of any Industry can apply for this role
- The candidate should be an MBA from a premier B-school with about 3- 9 years of experience in banking, telecom, retail, FMCG or durable industry.
Key traits of the person should be:
- Analytical and ability to swift through complex data.
- Creative marketing resource with exposure to different channels.
- Exposure to below the line marketing channels
- Sales and Marketing experience having handled a large base of customers
- Ability to put a structure and process to blue sky thought.
- Go-getter and never say die attitude.
