For their Real Estate Investment Advisory vertical they are seeking a Product Manager for Real Estate Asset Investment.

- A challenging position direct real estate investments. We offer comprehensive and tailor-made solutions and innovative products for institutional-, UHNWI- and retail clients.

- Assess both Residential and Commercial Investment Markets. Focus on Rental Yields and Capital Appreciation potential.

- A key position in which you will be sourcing, analyzing and underwriting, direct investments & local operating partners across various real estate asset classes .

- Investment calculation and development of all key decision factors for transactions as well as preparation of all documents to be presented to the Investment Committee.

- Responsibility for the due diligence process in collaboration with internal and external property specialists and service providers (Asset Management, Construction, Legal, Tax and Finance, etc.)

- Negotiation of sale & purchase and operating partner agreements, joint ventures,

- Monitoring of market and competition activities in collaboration with internal & external researcher

You Offer

- You have a university degree or equivalent in Business Administration

- At least 3 years of experience as a real estate investment specialist with a strong track record in acquiring and disposing of properties / joint venture structures & operating partner models which you have preferably gathered in a real estate investment / private equity firm.

- Experience in sourcing assets with opportunity for value creation as well as developments

- Strong level of analytical and modelling skills

- As a team-player you show a motivated and flexible can-do attitude

- You are enthusiastic, target-oriented and possess strong inter-personal skills, furthermore you are passionate about working in an international environment
