Product Manager - QE

Actions and Results:

- Develop testing strategies for features and stories

- Develop E2E, Unit, Performance and Security automation

- Maintain regression tests for allocated feature areas

- Identify, log and track defects

- Assist in associating defects with application behavior

- Analyze defects reported from technical support and assist in replicating

- Collaborate and assert preventive quality measurements early in development stages

- Evaluate, build or request test tools/framework changes

- Provide estimates, reporting and tracking for teams test deliverables

Skills and Experience:

Required

- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or applicable discipline

- 12 or more years of QE experience

- Experience testing Web Services (Authentication, CRUD, Negative scenarios)

- Experience developing automated tests within an open source test automation framework

- Strong coding skills with Java or some other object-oriented programming language

- Experience working in a public cloud (Amazon, Azure, Google)

- Familiarity with SQL and working knowledge of relational database technologies

- Previous test case development, test planning and execution experience

- Experience with RESTful Web technologies: Oauth, XML, JSON, Serialization

- Hands-on experience working in agile software delivery teams

- Strong analytical and organizational skills, and attention to detail

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proven success in performing effective QE testing within project timeline and/or resource constraints

- Adaptable, committed to deadlines and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Desired

- Experience with RESTful APIs

- Experience with Web and SaaS technologies

- Experience delivering quality on a CI/CD pipeline
