We have 2 position open for Product Manager and 1 Position open for Project Management Lead.

Role : Product Manager & Product Management Lead

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities

- Be the voice of the customer in building innovative digital products in a cross-functional team. Understand the problems from the users perspective and create solutions.

- Work on the product road map, list the features with specifications, work with the design team to create wireframes and user flows (UX).

- Collaborate across functions, including tech, design and domain.

- Build user stories and wire frames, and spearhead the software development process at the white boarding stage.

- Understand the data generated/captured by the product.

- Make sure the engineers are provided with stable user stories, specs and change requests.

- Track the defects in application and triage them to increase the products USP.

- Write clear and concise product documents.

- Understand our product, market and competitors.

- Analyse the user impact of the products features and define key metrics for success.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of product management experience in consumer internet or in Fintech domain.

- Track record of successfully launching and growing products e2e (Idea-Build-Launch-Growth).

- Balances outstanding user insight with high analytical rigour.

- Possess strong product documentation skills.

- Ability to influence and inspire a cross-functional team to attain ambitious goals.

- Clarity in written and spoken communication.

- Possess a sound understanding of design and workflows, usability and scalability as well as software engineering principles.

- Ability to write feature requests and user stories, defect triages, design specs, etc.

- A first-principle thinker who can understand why a particular product or feature is being built.
