Product Manager/Product Lead - Capital Markets/Hedge Funds

Job Description :

- Hiring for a Product Lead / Product Manager in Hedge Funds or Capital markets space

- This position offers opportunity to define and design the next generation of products o, which is used by hedge funds across the world;

The role involves as below :

- Carry the product/feature from concept to creation

- Brainstorm product/feature and its value proposition to the clients

- Implement the vision into documents such as product roadmap and product/feature specification by gathering requirements, business analysis

- Work closely with the engineers/architects to translate the Product Specification to design, and then to the product itself

- Prepare business test cases to aid the engineering process

- Proactively escalate issues and mitigate execution risks

- Should involved in conducting competitor analysis

- Atleast 6 years of experience working in the middle and/or back office space with exposure to Security Master / Reference Data / Order Management Systems

- Experience working closely with engineers

- Good academic background & passion to work in a high-tech software development environment

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
