Job Description : - To spot business opportunities across product categories and drive business through Online and Offline channels - To liaison with Principals / Issuers for payouts/product promotions - both for Online and Offline channels - To liaison with the nationwide sales team to develop a go-to-market strategy for products launched and develops processes to achieve desired revenues in the private wealth segment. - Preparation of product presentations and notes on offerings on a regular basis. - Taking approvals from internal compliance, research, operations and investment council teams to launch offerings to clients. - Coordination with IT, Operations teams to offer all products ensuring to make investments attractive and user friendly to customers. - Relationship and negotiations with brokers / counterparties - Regular promotion and marketing of the products offerings through different mediums like Emails, Mailers, SMS's. - To meet the sales and revenue targets across specific products, while taking care of organization's long term objectives - Resolving customer issues and queries from sales teams, conducting regular training programmer. - Participating in business meetings to contribute ideas and recommendations for investments - Maintain MIS and drive business by private wealth management across all product offerings
