Product Manager - Personal Loan

- Product Managers are required to understand customer behaviour, Design products and ensure success of the products.

- Manage current products and develop new ones for unsecured loan / Personal Loan, Consumer Loans Business through understanding of consumer behaviour, industry trends and unmet needs of consumers and trade partners. Work with cross functional teams including technology, operations, compliance, sales, marketing etc. for implementation of products

- Deliver targeted profitability through efficient design and management of product construct, fees and charges

- Work with other team members for creating/managing incentive programs and contests

- Work with Product Head, Business Head and other cross functional teams on strategy and execution plans for managing the business.

- Understanding of needs of customers, trade partners and competition. Needs to be always updated on these aspects.

- Understanding of Risk and processes for managing and running products and programs

- Take initiatives. Expected to launch few industry first offerings whenever possible.
