Role : Product Manager - Payment Solutions (ETC)

Responsibilities : Managing Smart City & Transit payment solutions (Metro/ Bus/ Municipal services)

Acquiring Mandates/ Projects :

- Evaluating the Smart City & Transit opportunities and preparing the P&L for the program

- Preparing the Technical and Commercial Bid for RFPs released during the year

- Managing the documentation and agreement required for bid and subsequent implementation

- Evaluating the technical proposal given by technology vendor to match with the client/RFP requirements

Implementing payment solutions :

- Coordinating with the AFC vendor, technology vendor and client for finalizing requirements and resolving issues

- Monitoring the technical developments (product related) and integration with AFC/ other systems

- Finalizing the processes with internal and external stakeholders and taking internal approvals (PAC)

- Program set-up and relevant technical integrations for the launch

- Preparing the project and testing plan with technology vendor and AFC vendor

- Conducting UAT for system before the system is released to the client for testing

- Monitoring the plan/testing and ensure closure within given timelines

- Coordinating for resolving issues cropping up during testing (UAT and production)

Product Lifecycle Management :

- Preparing the customer proposition for the product (marketing, offers etc.)

- Management of the program post implementation

- Responsible for achieving the issuance/spends targets

- Ensuring adherence to processes/regulations

- Marketing of the product for creating visibility and awareness

- Resolving of customer issues

- MIS and reporting
