Job Description : As a member of the product team : 1. Own the product strategy; Understand customer requirements, market gaps/ need gaps and drive release-level feature choices. 2. You will work with business &amp; customers in formulating vision, roadmap, and goals for the product. 3. Drive strategic innovation to generate new product ideas. 4. Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including problem definition, product strategy/roadmap, customer needs, requirement/use case definition. 5. Work with engineering, design and marketing teams to plan, build and launch high-quality product experiences that simplify the way people work together. 6. You will write specs, manage project execution, A/B test, UI/UX wireframe, and define product roll-out strategy. 7. Process, review and interpret large bodies of qualitative and quantitative data on customer usage patterns to uncover new product insights. 8. Co-own the P&amp;L alongside with business. What we're looking for : 1.Work experience of 4 years - 8 years. 2. B.Tech, BS or MS in engineering (or MBA) from a top tier college (IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM or similar). 3. Startup experience is preferred. 4. You've built out consumer products that handle scale. 5. You have worked cross-functionally in highly collaborative environments. 6. Deep understanding of data and ability to do data analysis. 7. You have a deep understanding and empathy for users. 8. You have launched multiple successful products and features. 9. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment and must adapt quickly to a changing business environment. 10. Candidates with experience from Payment Gateway company's will be preferred. 11. We are looking for an exceptionally good candidate, CTC is not a constraint for a deserving candidate.
