- Good understanding in the Indian Payment / Transaction solutions

- Handled requirement analysis, prepared project plans and overseen implementation of projects

- Working / Worked in Product Development/Management environment

- Ability to generate creative and innovative solutions for business problems and opportunities

- Strong communication skill

- New Product development capabilities

- Structure Product proposition for each customer segment.

- Good Knowledge and understanding of E-payments products, services, Aggregation business and process with management exposure.

- Understanding the company's strategy, structure, processes and operations

- Proven ability to prioritise demands.

Technical Competencies

- Managing Product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research.

- Driving a solution set across development teams through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.

- Create and manage the overall Product Management process.
