- Comprehensive Support in Preparation of FSD
- Conduct Sanity Check and review UAT cycles
- Project Planning for Product Features
- Obtain Buy-In from conceptualization to release for features
- Prepare User Release document
- Prepare User Manuals
- Roll out Modules/Features
- Monitor and Support L1/L2/L3 issues
- Fix Bugs rapidly until features stabiles
- Handle critical CR pertaining to a release
- Measure and assess usage, issues, transactions and challenges of features
- Build Forward library of requirements on every release
- Document Product Modules/Features in SOP with appropriate approvals
- Obtain user feedback on the product and feature continuously
- Loop back on fixing low feedback areas from end-users
- Assess competition on the features and module level
- Prepare presentation and reports on product
- Candidate should have experience product role(Payments) mandatorily
