Product Manager - OTT Platform

We are building a social search and discovery app that will connect the worlds of streaming and cinemas, and to achieve this we are looking for an incredible Product Manager.

As Product Manager, you will:

1.Set product roadmap for improving member conversion experiences, e.g. upgrades/downgrades/ member promotions.

2.Build modular, scalable, and effective conversion flows across platforms.

3.Standardize critical user experiences and features while allowing for configurability and optimization

4.Own decisions in your product area on the roadmap and what to roll out

5.Develop and execute ideas through all aspects of the product development lifecycle including business case, design, research, development, testing, productization and iteration.

6.Author strategy memos and communicate/represent your team's work throughout the organization.

7.Grow and mentor the product team and work with them to identify and develop new product features.

8.Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

9.Establish productive and professional relationships with the other departments for optimal synergy.

10.Deeply understand and socialise the evolving needs of our customers.

11.Be expected to deliver quality, even in the face of adversity.

12.Be required to deliver high-impact work with autonomy in remote work settings.
