Job Requirements :
- 1 to 4 years of experience in product management.
- A strong operator with a can-do attitude, customer centricity, and high agency.
- A people-friendly person with extraordinary organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems
- Familiarity with scrum/agile product development framework.
- Prior exposure to ecommerce and support platforms is a plus but not mandatory
Job Responsibilities :
- Help in developing and implementing product vision and strategy.
- Conduct surveys / speak with customers to understand their pain points &needs
- Meet regularly with key customer-facing teams to collect and analyse user feedback to solve pain points and shape new product ideas.
- Understand various data points available in CRM, logistics & warehouse to bring together insights
- Translating customer needs to the right solution and related product features.
- Work with the leadership team in planning the product roadmap.
- Convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate them to the key partners.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to plan and deliver features on time.
- Own the success of your product
