Product Manager for Operations would play the most critical role in setting up business operations. She/he is expected to design and implement business operations that would help scale the start-up for the next 4-5 years. - Business Operations would include customer onboarding, customer delight, sales automations, payment related automations among others. Some of the tools that will be used are Zapier, Stripe, HubSpot, WhatsApp, Twilio, etc. No-code tech stack will continue to be developed to support the business in the best possible fashion, keeping customer centricity and resource efficiency at the core of decision making. She/he will work in a small team to develop, implement and test process designs. As a reward, you will get to witness the difference in business performance first hand. Skills &amp; Profile: - Strong at logic, and algorithms. - Should have decent knowledge about tech platforms, APIs, payment platforms etc. - Basic programming knowledge may be needed. - Holds 0.5-2 year of work experience in any startup in any role.
