About the role: This is a super exciting, high growth and high impact role within Pesto. Our approach to product management is deeply rooted in understanding our customers who are our students (software engineers), admissions, curriculum, community, and hiring partners. You'll work with cross functional teams to formulate and execute product strategy to identify scalable solutions that we need to solve for our customers. What you'll do - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and execution against the product road-map. - Take a lead on communicating progress, impact, learnings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders. - Prioritize product feature development based on your understanding about the customer needs. - Identify new areas of opportunity with high impact for our customers and define product requirements and drive execution from concept to launch. What you'll need: - 3+ years of experience in product management or similar role. Needless to say, you have a passion for education! - You would have seen some scale with prior experience of building web products. - Strong analytical (quantitative and qualitative), problem solving and and big picture thinking skills. - Ability to drive product planning, development and launch. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate to a variety of stakeholders within Pesto. - Flexible, adaptable and able to execute a range of workstreams and changing priorities.
