Product Manager - Online/Internet

As a Product Manager you will work closely with engineering, analytics and business teams to guide products from conception to launch. There is no precedence of the model that i2e1 is creating. You should be a strong leader who is action oriented and takes challenges head on. You should be analytical with an ability to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. You will be instrumental in shaping our moonshot project.

Our success would lie in creating products that are world class and futuristic. Product team plays the most important role in achieving this. Product team would be responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting and tailoring our solutions to all the markets.

Responsibilities

- Ownership of products including launch, post performance, rectifications and ongoing iterations.

- Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.

- Understand customer needs and gather product requirements.

- Develop new products and enhance existing products.

- Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule.

Qualifications Minimum qualifications:

- Graduate in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience

- 4+ years of relevant work experience.

- Product management or design experience with a focus on software products and technologies.

Skills Required:

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

- Strong technical abilities.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
