Job Description: Responsibilities: - He should have the gaming experience exposure - Essential. - Work closely with UX designers and developers for new features or optimization of existing features. - Write PRD, drive cross team collaboration and be responsible for product quality. - Keep iterating on features. Track and analyze data and gather insights and solutions based on data. - Work with Engineering Manager(s) to create and maintain product roadmap. - Sync-up product progress and key decisions with relevant stakeholders. - Cooperate with BD, Marketing and Operation teams to understand their business requirements. - Understand users, continuously improve user experience. Job Requirements: - More than 3 years product management experience. - Good product design and interaction design skills. Should Be able to write a detailed Product Requirements Doc. - Problem solving skills - be able to break down high level requirements into actionable tasks. - Pay attention to user experience and details - Good data analyzing skills. Be familiar with data driven product optimization. - Positive, willing to solve complex problems. - Fluent in English. - Good communication skills, should be able to coordinate different teams to achieve the goal. - Computer science background is preferred. - Cross culture work experience is preferred. - Interest in gaming is necessary. - Experience in Gaming is preferred. Educational Qualification : MBA preferred
