Product Manager - Online Food (1-5 yrs)

Product Management at our client is responsible for answering the question of what technology is to be built that will delight our customers. This is done through interfacing with the marketing, operations, and customer teams as well as through user research. It will be one of the most important role in terms of shaping up the future of the company. You will be the custodian of strategy and steer the different teams onto a defined path for growth & maximum efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities

- Understand the user's needs, business cases, understand customer problems & pain points and come up with product solutions for these.

- Lead cross functional problem solving efforts to improve efficiency of various teams resulting in better customer experience.

- Conduct user research, data analysis and requirement gathering to create PRDs.

- Work closely with engineering team to prioritize releases and technical implementation.

- Defining & measuring product metrics, improving product quality & customer satisfaction.

- Working closely with top management to build a product roadmap aligning with business strategy.

- Strong data driven analytical skills.

- Great attention to detail and understanding of customer behaviour.

- Ability to multitask and prioritization skills

- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Engineering from Tier I College

- 1- 5 years of work experience

- Previous Experience in Product Management or in any Consumer Internet Business will be added advantage.
