Product Manager - NGO

Description

The organization is an NGO catalyzing education leadership in India, enabling and amplifying leadership development opportunities for individuals and institutions engaged in K-12 education systems. They offer open-source technology capabilities and resources to the ecosystem players - Individuals, NGOs, and Government - to enable education leadership development at a large scale with high impact.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The organization is looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to participate in the crafting and evolution of the School Education Leadership societal platform. The candidate will be expected to work with an internal team and partner ecosystem (NGOs, Government agencies etc.) to help build the platform by contributing enriching use-cases from the field and evangelizing the platform objective.

As the Senior Lead - Product Management you would -

- Devise the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the platform.

- Understand end-user requirements and convert them into valid use cases.

- Suggest enhancements to the platform which can improve the user experience.

- Perform quality assurance on the platform.

- Coordinate with the engineering team to deliver functional solutions.

- Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines.

- Monitor and report on users' reactions after each release of platform functionality

- Create support and training documents for internal and external use.
