Urgent Job Position as product manager having self serve background with blend of technology and business skills to be based at Bangalore or Mumbai.

Product Manager - New Products

Job Responsibilities

- Identify market opportunities and define new product vision and strategy.

- Launch new business end to end and own the P&L and business and product metrics.

- Knowledgeable across multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI, sales, customer support, finance, legal or marketing.

- Engage with sales, operations team closely to build a business case, product scope, requirements, launch plan and training schedule.

- Work with business teams to build business models, understand the requirements of the business and create launch plans.

Qualifications and Experience

- 4-7 years of experience with at least 2 years in product management.

- B. Tech. required. MBA is preferred.

- Experience with payments or credit products (fintech) experience required.

- Ability to empathize with the customer, craft a user story and define short term and long term solutions.

- Ability to gather and analyze large quantities of information, and turn them into insightful business recommendations and a compelling product vision.

- Identify industry benchmarks for excellence in product experiences.

- Ability to lead large consensus driving meetings successfully.

- Ability to build and manage a cross functional team across functions.

- Identify trends in the fintech industry, develop knack for next stage of industry evolution

- Ability to see the big picture, and identify how one's work gels into the company's fabric.
