- Discover and define best in class solutions in the nascent - Fintech and digital lending industries in India.
- Chart out new paths to expand credit uptake in the underpenetrated SMEs and get a shot at defining how the future of SME trade credit will play out in India.
- Distill your findings into simple solutions, help improve Udaan's credit offerings.
- Orchestrate on the ground operationalization of the credit product and develop feedback loops for product enhancement.
- Grow and mentor a team of smart and ambitious go-getters.
- Work on projects that seek to solve specific pain points in the user lifecycle or improve the product itself. Take full ownership of the project and successful outcome.
- Works with the senior members of the core team and enlist experts within the organization to fill in skill gaps.
- Take on projects that will improve the credit products offered by Udaan Capital.
- Responsible for deliverables within the projects, right from problem definition to tracking goals post project implementation.
