1) To update existing Mortgage Finance product on regular and timely basis using feedbacks from data analysis, competitor analysis, research, customers etc.

2) To help develop systems & processes (including product SOP) for efficient transaction processing & information capturing through interaction with product partners/agencies, credit approvers, marketing unit, other value centres, and service delivery units.

3) To provide regular trainings to all stakeholders on Mortgage product: sales, channel partners, operations, accounts, IT, etc. on new products modifications/upgradations.

4) To help formulate the product policies & Product Designing for Mortgage Finance products including Home Loan and LAP.

5) To help formulate the entire Marketing strategy, develop Branding and marketing collaterals for Mortgage Finance products including Home Loan and LAP.

6) Ensure Mortgage Finance product achieves its budgeted target in year.

7) To ensure Mortgage Finance product is as per latest regulatory requirements, market requirements & competitor intelligence.

8) Report the data as required from regulators from time to time on Mortgage Finance product.

9) To monitor and review Mortgage Finance product portfolio on regular/pre-defined intervals in terms of delinquency/overdue, pending disbursal documents (PDD), etc.

10) To provide MIS on regular intervals to senior management on Mortgage Finance product portfolio health indicators.

11) To develop product kits for Mortgage Finance. Also ensure, on an ongoing basis, that the pre-sanction/ post-disbursal documentation remains standard and effective whilst adhering to internal norms.

12) To work closely with Risk, sales and credit teams to formulate and roll out Credit & Risk policy along with Underwriting standards for Mortgage Finance product and to formulate effective credit scoring mechanisms.
