Position Title : Manager Product
Product - Mortgage
Business Group : Sales & Distribution
Purpose of the Job :
- The prime responsibility is to develop a forecast for the product based on input from marketing, sales, market analysts and identify the key benefits and value of products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
- Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements
- Lead the virtual product team to ensure delivery of agreed objectives.
- Identifying new product opportunities, customer requirements and micro market requirements to understand the market & the space that we operate in therefore make specific products to grow the market share & improve customer experience
- Developing new processes / streamlining existing processes for building in efficiencies / customer experience
Key Deliverable :
- Write Product Requirements and Market Requirements documents.
- Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships.
- Monitor, report and improve product performance.
- To forecast for the product based on input from marketing, sales, market analysts.
- Prepare policy documents
