Product Manager - Mobile Applications

- Working with various stakeholders to create and align on product vision and road-map to grow business volume and increase adoption

- Collaborating across multiple teams and partners to ensure timely delivery of the new products, features and offerings and owning the entire product lifecycle from defining the problem to delivering the results

- Implementing the roadmap by building new products/features and collaborating across all functions including finance, supply-chain, operations etc. to ensure the alignment with overall strategy

- Build customer and user insights into all stages of the planning and execution process, ensuring the continuous validation of features with customers and users

- Define key metrics and measuring the health and success of the new and existing products, features and Identify and execute on opportunities to drive up engagement for users.

- Identifying opportunities to scale adoption, redefining business processes and increase operational efficiency and driving implementation for these opportunities

- Developing detailed business requirements by working with various stakeholders and working with development teams or partners to help them crafting specifications and user stories to ensure that the business requirements are being met while maintaining the usability and experience for end-users

- Solving complex problems, simplifying and iterating solutions while prioritizing decisions and conduct trade-offs for the requirements, by envisioning long term strategies

- Enhancing user experience, maintaining bug logs and tracking customer feedback and usage
