Product Manager - Microfinance Business

He should be well versed with Digital product process in Microfinance Business Process Improvement & Bringing Innovation in developing digital product offerings

- Experience in Microfinance as a Product role is mandatory

- Drive and design entire product life cycle management for new as well as existing products - Research both primary as well as secondary, competitive analysis, understanding customer needs and Industry, developing process note/product note with stakeholder management and Product launch

- Working on vertical strategy roadmap and playing integral role in development of collaterals to address strategic requirements from various stakeholders like Sector strategy team, Group CFO, Board of Directors etc.

- Working with various Fintechs, partnerships and alliances for co-lending or new product development

- Facilitating sales team by sharpening customer/industry segments/planning & strategy to scale up productivity in geographies, products etc

- Working on analytics dashboard to monitor quality as well as driving new business

- Managing sales processes from quality, risk and credit perspectives
