Product Manager - Medical Devices (3-5 yrs)
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company's products.
- Define the product strategy, annual/ quarterly plan and execute finer details of the plan with objectives around brand revenue, profitability & market share.
- Manage the product line life cycle from strategic planning as well as tactical activities.
- Understand and specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and potential customers.
- Develop contents for product and company collaterals.
- Review competitive market data and provide detailed reports regarding competitor activity, market share/trends for management and business units.
- Liaison with international marketing division for product related information
- Create & execute campaigns around products responsible for
- Manage the product flow, forecast by understanding part # level details while working with SCM team
- Evaluate product performance on internal sales data as well as from Market intelligence through formal & informal data collection
- Work with field sales teams on customer connect & clinical discussions
- Work on clinical information.
- Establish consistent positioning/branding image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events
- Drives the product marketing message through all communication channels by partnering with internal and external communication resources and functions
- Understand the regional surgeon behaviours & market trends to create region-specific marketing strategies & campaigns
- Support the regional marketing initiatives with on-ground presence
- Analyse and propose potential partnerships with institutions/ other organizations
- Work with finance on the product budgets, asset - Instrument or Demo equipments request/ allocation
- Work with the regulatory team members on product registrations/ renewals focusing on - First-to-launch- opportunities
- Manage overall marketing budget for the portfolio
- Customer Engagement
- Manage the KOLs of respective portfolio
- Responsible for managing Hyper guides.
- Develop clinical training for internal staff, surgeons and customers.
