Position: Product manager

Location: Gurgaon.

Education : [MBA-Must] Premier Institute Preffered.

Industry Preference : Medical Device Only

Product Line : ID-HIV & TB

Position Summary

As Product Manager, you will define the products that make an impact within the company as well as Healthcare industry as a whole. You have the vision to shape product strategy, the passion to understand and articulate customer needs and the determination to build and ship products that are better than the best around the competition.

Responsibilities:

- Gain in-depth knowledge of product range and relevant medical and product applications and training and technical support to the sales team

- Carry out the demonstration on products (instruments, reagents, and services).

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for both reagents and instruments problems.

- Carry out product promotion activities for instruments, reagents, and services

- Effective participation in the conferences, exhibitions, and CMEs

- To Support Service/Sales Team for product related technical queries.

- Develop and implement training plans and courses for internal and external customers.
