Job Title : Product Manager

Reporting to : Business Head

Location : Mumbai

Role Summary :

- Responsible for planning and executing new product launches through the product life-cycle, including gathering requirements, tracking customer data and analyzing emerging trends in media and commerce globally.

- The Product Manager will need to be technically sound to manage the engineering team and work closely with Marketing, Operations, and other key functions to ensure timely implementation.

Key Areas of Responsibility :

- Developing new products and features for customers to ensure the platform becomes the largest & favorite destination for users wanting to explore, experience and indulge with Indian history

- Continuously monitor the developments in the digital media and commerce space. Content creation, delivery and monetization is a rapidly evolving with new technologies and exciting customer experiences

- Manage a team of In-house and external engineers who will develop and deliver the new products and features

- Work with external partners whose services are embedded into the product journeys like the payment gateway service provider, CMS platform, SMS/ WhatsApp/ Email service providers and any others we may add over time

- Work closely with all internal stakeholder to ensure content creators, operations, customer service, financial reconciliation are able to internally operate and manage the product for the customer
