Product Manager - Marketing - IT/Telecom Hardware (8-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

B2B Marketing Strategy Definition :

1. Detailed Marketing Plans, Marketing Calendar, Budgets and Clearly Defined expected outcomes. Maximising Marketing ROI.

2. Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials- coordinating and socializing with content, creative, sales and broader organization

3. Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging

4. Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives

Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include SEO, SEM,PPC, email campaigns, Influencer marketing, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates

5. Integrating marketing actions with external partner organisations and other functions within the organisations.

6. Managing Creative and Digital agencies. Coordinating internally with respective leads for Media, Events and PR

7. Coordinating with sales teams for channel specific marketing actions. Development of Channel Specific marketing initiatives and execution of the same.

8. Analytics and activity impact reports preparation

9. Team Management

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Master's Degree and 8+ years marketing experience required; a compulsory minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing B2B Marketing programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results

- MBA Must

- Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis

- Google Analytics and Google Ad Word certified (required)

- Excellent communication skills 


- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions

- Strong financial and business acumen

- Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines. Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.

- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail

- Experience with Salesforce to nurture, track and report on lead conversions

- Email, database, and digital marketing experience

- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Experience of having worked with MNCs and Global Teams will be preferred.
