Product Manager - Market Development

What you will do in this role :
- Design product feature-set, but also responsible for the associated 'Family of Metrics'.
- Strive to be data-informed and capable of extracting a point of view from data.
- Work with the UX team, to help shape your ideas into a simple, integrated, and intuitive UI for Mobile and Web.
- Be the custodian for the Member, the User, and the Match, at various stages of the customer journey.
- Go deep to solve problems and balance your "action-bias" with "end-states".
- Design for Personas, strategic segments, and psychographics.
- Work with CX teams to drive "measurable impact" and not "managed impact".
- Prepare ideation docs (User led BRD's), brainstorming on the same and making PRD's and getting it delivered in collaboration with UX & Tech teams.
- 1-3 years of product management experience in consumer internet products and technologies or B2C business.
- Zest for learning, hustlers and "Do-errs".
- Strong consumer focus.
- Able to create value using good business judgment.
