Role: Product Manager - Logistics Sector Solutions

We are currently looking for dynamic industry professionals with entrepreneurial mind-set and experience in Logistics sector. The candidate should have leadership qualities to discover, define and drive initiatives for our Logistics sector solutions.

Experience and Education:

- 5-12 years of experience with leading Indian, MNC or startup organizations in Logistics sector preferably as a Product Manager

- MBA from Tier-1 or Tier-2 B-School with Engineering background

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and own the product roadmap, work closely with potential customers to understand their requirements, and collaborate with engineering and other teams to execute the roadmap

- Gather insights on market available Logistics sector solutions by conducting primary and secondary research and understand how customers are using these solutions and utilize the inputs for product definition

- Demonstrate strong understanding of product development process and take decisions on prioritization of competing features to develop a product release plan

- Define and track metrics that measure the success of the product or features, including adoption and growth

- Actively engage in new idea generation to enhance the product offerings and develop a detailed proposition for shortlisted ideas, supported by a business case

- Actively engage with customers to gather feedback and inputs on new propositions on a regular basis

- Develop detailed plan for product user trials in collaboration with engineering team and oversee execution by operations/test team, compile test results and work with concerned teams for modifications or fixes.

Desired Candidate Traits:

- Hands-on/On-Ground experience on Transportation and Warehousing processes (desired)

- Experience as a Product Manager in Logistics sector (desired)

- Understanding of Logistics domain (must)

- Experience on defining SaaS solutions using Digital Technologies (IoT, Cloud, Blockchain, AI/ML) (desired)

- Excellent collaborator to work with cross-functional teams

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Entrepreneurial mindset to generate ideas, own and drive things with focus on end outcome

- Ability to handle ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized, prioritized and structured way

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
