Roles and Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Meet with customers to understand their pain points and drive the product development keeping customer's needs at the forefront - Responsible for driving the strategy, Roadmap, execution, and growth of a product category and work closely with technology, marketing, and operations team to ensure quality customer experience and timely delivery Define metrics to : 1) Measure the success of the product 2) Measure the quality of customer experience/satisfaction 3) Identify bottlenecks in process improvements etc. - Responsible for researching and investigating legal technology products through market research and innovation.
