Product Manager - Kitchen Appliances (8-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Manage allocated kitchen appliances category - for General Trade, Modern Retail, E-Commerce, Institutional Sales
- Should know about Manufacturing Cost Savings, Cost Down Strategies, New Product Strategies, Pricing Management, Inventory Management, Competition Analysis, etc
- Perform customer interviews and market assessments
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa
- Plan and design product roadmap
- Allocate resources
- Run design sprints
- Prioritize product features and communicate the reason behind this to the stakeholders
- Price and revenue model
- Define and track success metrics
Requirements :
- Engineering Degree and MBA in Marketing is a MUST
- 8 to 15 years of experience in Product Management or a related field
- Strong understanding of the small kitchen appliances category (Juicers, Mixers, Toasters, Kettles, Blenders, Induction Cooktops, Choppers, etc)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
