Role : Product Manager - ITSM/Service Management

Location : Baghmane Tech Park (CV Raman Nagar)

Excellent opportunity for the role of Product Manager with one of our Product clients in IT Infrastructure and IT Security domain. Having a global presence in more than 20+ countries with 1800+ employees and operational since 1985 with multiple acquisitions to date.

Job And Skill Details :

Mandatory :

- Experience on Product Management from cloud based product companies.

- Must work directly with various teams including engineering team.

- 9+ years of experience with relevant of 3+ years as PM

- Should have Cloud experience.

- Must have enterprise level experience .

- ITSM /ITIL/ITAM - Mandatory

- Should have Market insight

- Should have done full-time MBA from premium colleges.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes :

- Over 4 years in a similar or related role

- Experience in creation and Product Management of Software products, ideally in a Cloud and very agile customer-facing DevOps-aligned environment

- Significant experience in the IT industry, especially in Service Management/ITSM market and products

- Proven customer service skills with ability not just to meet, but exceed customer expectations.

- Proven ability to lead, manage and work with remote teams.

- Ability to influence team and outside partners on challenging projects/initiatives, obtain buy in, and to see the initiatives to fruition with only high-level oversight and goal-setting. Must be a natural leader, go-to person, able to win the respect and trust of their peer group.

- Superior verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
