It is a 1500 people strong organization and has more than 500 institutional customers.It provides customized solutions to over 200 companies in the BFSI & telecom space (Over 80% of its customer penetration is in this vertical). Some other sectors where it offers its solutions are Telecom, Education, Government, Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), Online Retail, Utilities, Education Institutes, Travel

As a selection partner, We're looking for a product Manager. Candidate should have 9+ years of experience in product management role in IT Solution/ Payment Solutions/ Financial Solution.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary tools to enable them to sell the products. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant research papers.

- Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors products.

- Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Product Development and Engineering to address any issues that may arise.

- Close liaison with the field force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure that the promotional material is being used optimally.

- Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions.

- Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and manage the product budget on advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual product and marketing plan.

- Liaise with the Marketing team regarding the product campaign including digital advertising, direct mail and conferences.
