Product Manager

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2 - 5 years

MUST-HAVES:

Relevant Experience: 2-5 years

- Comfortable with 6 days working

- Someone with an Engineering degree and MBA post-grad from a tier1 or 2 colleges.

- PM experience, including experience building and rolling out new products.

- Experience in Product /B2B or SaaS product experience

What you'll be expected to do:

- Take on end-to-end ownership of our product.

- Own the product and associated business metrics

- Decide the road-map and execution plan

- Be the voice of the customer, obsess over customer winning outcomes and translate it into product requirements

- Lead a strong cross-functional team comprising engineers, designers, business development managers, and data analysts to drive product from conception to launch to growth.

Requirements:

- Should be willing to own the problem end to end i.e., which problem to solve, how to solve it, and what is the impact of the solution.

- Should know the basics of business (to define problem and impact), basics of software (to define an engineering solution), and basics of design (to define a user journey).

- Should be self-driven, proactive, and possess good communication skills to articulate the problem and the solution to all stakeholders

- Has 2-5 years of experience, with an engineering undergrad and an MBA post-grad from a top-tier institute.
