Product Manager - IT Product Firm (7-15 yrs)
Product Manager - B2B IT Product
Our client is a 7 yr old startup recently acquired by one of the top 5 India IT Conglomerate.
Responsibilities :
- Define Product roadmap, planning, prioritization, tracking and stake-holders dependency management
- Develop a vision for the product by assessing and anticipating market/ industry trends, which will enable the business to become market leaders with ultimate user experience
- Define metrics that help asses business performance and measure feature/ release specific success
- Conduct market research and work on new use case (stories, framing user interfaces and flows) across domains on new trends and top features
- Identify venues of improvement, opportunities to push the product in market and enhance lead generation which will ace the product in current scenario and drive business growth
- Demonstrate thought leadership as well as mentor/coach the internal teams like development, tech, sales and marketing in building synergies towards product enhancement
- Conduct risk assessments by analysing features of existing or new products in market that are trending and basis this analyse and course correct with right solutions
- Have a polyglot mind-set with the holistic development of product across its interfaces on desktop, web and mobile to enrich the client experience
Skills Required :
- Product Management experience building SaaS or Enterprise B2B products
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills, with interactions at different levels within the team, organization and with clients
- Risk management, mitigation and also flexible to address and solve problems with short-term and long-term solutions
- Aware of and practiced either of the quality methodologies like Agile, Six sigma, TQM, etc.
Qualifications :
- Masters in Business is preferable
- Bachelor Engineering Degree or equivalent
